Plan B

I'm designing three approaches at once: Plan A, the minimum footprint change; Plan B, a full build-out; and Plan C, a hybrid. Here's Plan B, with some details to work out.

Known problems:

• The kitchen has no refrigerator
• The living room is a Tetris shape with no definition and no particular place for a dining table. A eating counter in this situation seems stupid.
• What does one do in a Trees Room?
• There is no laundry
• Should the Guest Apt have a roof deck over the garage extension?
• The Trees Room is long and narrow--that was not the original idea.
